After you finish our treatment program, you become a part of a huge support network, Lantana Wellness Center’s alumni program that encourages growth, provides accountability and guidance and surrounds you with support and fellowship. Staying around people also in recovery can be one of your greatest relapse prevention tools— keeping you engaged and connected.
Individualized Aftercare Plans
In addition to our extensive alumni community, every resident is provided with a tailor-made aftercare plan after they finish treatment at Lantana Wellness Center. Former residents are also provided a temporary sponsor or someone they can lean on until they find a sponsor back home. Residents who complete treatment can also become a sponsor, fostering accountability in a new life of recovery.
